Stop scrambling. Start leading.

Every meeting is a test. Wowli makes sure you pass.

The broken workflow

  • Scrambling through Slack, Notion, and your CRM mid-call
  • A customer mentions budget cuts — you miss it while typing notes
  • "Let me get back to you on that" — the conversation moves on
  • Meeting knowledge trapped in your memory — gone by tomorrow

The Wowli way

  • Your customer's contract history appears seconds after they mention renewal
  • Every word captured locally — you stay present in the conversation
  • You answer with context no one expected you to have
  • Every session saved and searchable — your meetings become a compounding knowledge asset

The moment that changes everything

Same meeting. Two completely different outcomes.

Without Wowli
Your customer mentions budget cuts and contract renegotiation.
You scramble through tabs — Slack, CRM, last quarter's notes.
By the time you find context, the conversation has moved on.
“Let me get back to you on that.”
The customer's confidence drops. A follow-up meeting gets scheduled. You spend an hour preparing what you should have known on the spot.
With Wowli
Your customer mentions budget cuts and contract renegotiation.
Three seconds later, a card appears on your HUD:
Renewal Risk — Acme Corp 14:23
  • Contract renews in 6 weeks (from your notes)
  • Last QBR noted 12% underspend in Q3
  • Suggest: Propose annual commitment — saves them 20%
“Actually, I have a proposal that would save you more than that 20%. Want me to send it after this call?”
The customer leans in. No follow-up needed. You just turned a churn risk into a renewal.

Built for every professional role

Role-specific signal detection and insight generation tuned to how you actually work.

Consultant

The client just casually added "oh, and we'll need SOC 2 compliance" to a discovery call. That's three extra weeks nobody scoped. Wowli flags it before you leave the meeting.

What Wowli watches for

  • Scope changes and new requirements
  • Compliance and regulatory demands
  • Stakeholder misalignment
  • Timeline and resource pressure
  • Assumptions that contradict prior decisions

Example Insight Card

Scope Creep Alert 09:45
  • Client requesting SOC 2 compliance — not in original SOW
  • Estimated impact: +3 weeks, additional audit requirements
  • Recommend: Change request form + revised timeline

Software Engineer

Halfway through a design review, someone asks "didn't we hit this exact issue last quarter?" Nobody remembers the details. Wowli does — and surfaces the fix before the meeting moves on.

What Wowli watches for

  • Architecture decisions and tradeoffs
  • Recurring incident patterns
  • Breaking change discussions
  • Performance and scaling concerns
  • Unresolved technical debt mentions

Example Insight Card

Recurring Incident Pattern 15:32
  • Similar timeout pattern seen in last week's P2 (INC-4521)
  • Root cause was connection pool exhaustion under load
  • Fix: Connection pooling proxy — already deployed in service-auth

Account Manager

Your client just hinted at a renewal concern — but you were pulling up notes and missed it. Wowli catches what you can't, paired with context from your knowledge base.

What Wowli watches for

  • Renewal risk and churn language
  • Budget pressure and cost objections
  • Competitor mentions by name
  • Growth signals and expansion hints
  • Stakeholder changes and org shifts

Example Insight Card

  • Current plan: 50 seats (Growth tier)
  • Recommend: Enterprise tier — saves 25% at 80+ seats

Sales Professional

The prospect just dropped a competitor's name and a budget number in the same sentence. You're busy building rapport. Wowli quietly logs both and tells you exactly how to respond.

What Wowli watches for

  • Buying signals and timeline pressure
  • Competitor names and pricing comparisons
  • Decision-maker authority cues
  • Objections and hesitation language
  • Champion vs blocker dynamics

Example Insight Card

Competitive Mention: Competitor X 11:07
  • Prospect comparing pricing with Competitor X
  • Key differentiator: Your platform includes SSO and audit logs at no extra cost
  • Battlecard available in knowledge base (updated last month)

Engineering Manager

Your team said "we're fine" in standup, but three people mentioned overtime this week. Wowli connects the dots across conversations so the patterns don't slip through.

What Wowli watches for

  • Action items and verbal commitments
  • Burnout and morale warning signs
  • Project blockers and dependencies
  • Conflicting priorities across teams
  • Decisions made without follow-up owners

What professionals are saying

Scope creep used to blindside me — the client would casually expand requirements mid-call and I'd only realise the impact later. Now Wowli flags it in real time. I've saved two engagements from margin erosion this quarter alone.

Jamie L.

Principal Consultant, global advisory firm

Wowli completely changed how I run client calls. I used to scramble through notes and docs — now the right answer just appears in my HUD. My clients think I have a photographic memory.

Alex R.

Senior Account Manager, Fortune 500 tech company

The knowledge base integration is the killer feature. I loaded our architecture decision records and now Wowli surfaces relevant past decisions during design reviews. Saves hours of post-meeting research.

Priya K.

Staff Software Engineer, Series B startup

I've closed 30% more deals since I stopped saying "let me get back to you" on pricing questions. The context just appears — my prospects think I memorised their entire account history.

Frequently asked questions

Does Wowli record my meetings?

No. Audio is transcribed locally in real time and never saved as audio files. Wowli processes what it hears, then discards the audio.

Can other people in the meeting see Wowli?

No. Wowli runs on your Mac as a menu bar app. Nothing joins the call.

What AWS services does it use?

Amazon Bedrock for AI insights. You choose the model in Settings — any Bedrock-supported model works.

What do I need before I can use Wowli?

Wowli uses a Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) model — your AWS account powers the AI features. You’ll need:

  1. An AWS account — the free tier works to get started. Create a free AWS account →
  2. Amazon Bedrock model access — in the AWS Console, go to Amazon Bedrock → Model access and request access to Claude models. How to enable model access →
  3. AWS CLI installed on your Mac — download the macOS installer from AWS. Install AWS CLI →
  4. An AWS profile configured — run aws configure --profile wowli in Terminal, then enter that profile name in Wowli’s Setup Wizard. Step-by-step below ↓

Typical AWS cost: ~$0.10–$0.40 per meeting. You pay AWS directly — nothing goes through Wowli.

How do I configure an AWS profile on my Mac?

An AWS profile is a named set of credentials stored at ~/.aws/credentials on your Mac. Wowli uses it to call Amazon Bedrock on your behalf — your data never leaves your AWS account.

After installing AWS CLI, open Terminal and run:

aws configure --profile wowli

You’ll be prompted for four values:

  • AWS Access Key ID — create one in IAM → Users → Security credentials. Create access keys →
  • AWS Secret Access Key — shown once at creation time; copy it before closing
  • Default region — use us-east-1 for the widest Bedrock model availability
  • Default output format — enter json

Then in Wowli’s Setup Wizard, enter wowli as your AWS Profile name. Full AWS credentials guide →

If your organisation uses AWS SSO, see the AWS SSO profile setup guide →

Where is my data stored?

Everything stays on your Mac — transcripts, insight cards, screenshots, and session history. Nothing is uploaded to Wowli or any third party.

How do I get support or share feedback?

Email us at support@wowli.gogoxgo.com — whether it’s a bug report, feature request, or general feedback, we read every message and typically respond within 24 hours.
